Ingredients

  • Raw chicken pieces
  • LOUISIANA Chicken Fry Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Rosewill Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 5 tablespoons of LOUISIANA Chicken Fry Seasoning in 1/2 cup water.
  2. Dip chicken in batter until covered.
  3. Drop chicken in dry Louisiana Chicken Fry seasoning and coat.
  4. Lightly spray coated chicken with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken in single layer in Rosewill air fryer.
  6. Cook at 360°F for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. (Remember that the safe internal temperature for cooked chicken is 165° F)
