Disclosure: As part of the US Family Guides Blogger Network I was invited on a complimentary trip to Branson for promotional purposes. All experiences and opinions are my own.

Can we leave yet?  Can we leave yet?  <– That would be why I held off as long as I possibly could to tell the kidlets that we are going to Branson for Father’s Day.  They have absolutely LOVED our previous trips to Branson, and ask to go back all. the. time!  They have NO idea the fun filled few days we have in store for them!!

If you’ve read my site before, you know I have a bucket list for Branson!  I am so excited that we get to check off some of the things on my bucket list!  For starters, we’ll be staying at Grand Country Resort, which is (of course) on my bucket list!

We went to the Splash Country, the water park at Grand Country, eons ago.  As in, Sister was still a baby!  It was so much fun, and we’ve been wanting to take the kids back, now that the oldest two are old enough to really enjoy it! Grand Country Resort also has a theater with daily shows, an arcade, mini golf, and a buffet to beat all buffets.  Come hungry!

We’ll start our visit in Branson with a dinner cruise on  the Showboat Branson Belle! I am SO excited about the dinner cruise. I’ve read excellent reviews about the amazing food and show, and I think that the kidlets will really enjoy it!

Next, we’ll spend the day on Friday exploring Silver Dollar City.  I can remember wanting to go to Silver Dollar City as a kid, and I can’t wait to take my kids there.  With the “fronteir” them, the rides, shows, and legendary food are sure to be a family favorite!

Friday evening we will attend the show, Jonah, at the Sight & Sound Theatres.   I saw Noah there a few years ago, so it will be interesting to see how it compares.  One of the ladies from our church absolutely raved about it!

Saturday we will visit The Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, which is supposed to be a unique experience for all ages.  The kids enjoyed our visit to the Butterfly House here in St Louis, so I hope that they like this as well.

After that, we’ll go to White Water, which has the new KaPau Plummet, which is two capsulated slides that sends you on a 26 feet per second free fall.  Um, that will be for Hubs and Mister.  I’ll stick to the Splashaway Cay and Coconut Cove with Little Miss.  LOL

After White Water, we’ll Ride the Ducks!  WHAT!  I’ve always wanted to Ride the Ducks!  I think the kids will thoroughly enjoy it, too!

Last, but certainly not least, before we head out of town on Sunday, we’ll have a history lesson at the Titanic Branson, which is the world’s largest museum attraction.
