I recently made a decision that if the clothes I put on didn’t fit AND flatter, they were going bye bye. That decision has led to a bit of a clothing purge. Some things, like those sweat pants I’ve worn since I was pregnant with Mister, landed in the trash pile and even more landing in the donation box. The side effect of a clothing purge is that I needed to replace some things. Like those sweats. I was recently browsing Zumba.com and came across the Tri Me All Over Racerback, Tri Me Zip Up Hoodie, and Tri Me Crave Capri. They are super cute and the colors scream super hero to me, and even their name invited, Tri Me. Yes, I think I will. And just like that, Boom! Am I ever glad I got the Tri Me Zumbawear!
I took a peek at the sizing charge and ordered all three pieces in a size Large. The racerback and the zip up hoodie are listed as the So Samba color, and the capri pants are Surfs Up Blue.
So, what do I think? First off, it’s super comfy. The capri pant is a poly/cotton/spandex blend (62/33/5%). They have hip pockets, though they lay so flat you’d never know unless you’ve actually got your hands in them. The racerback tee is a cotton/spandex blend (90/10) and has just enough stretch to flatter and fit. The zip up hoodie is also a poly/cotton/spandex blend (same as the pant) and is comfy. The cuffs are long enough that you can fold them over if you like.
The pants and racerback wash up well, though I haven’t dried them. I haven’t washed the jacket.
I’ve worn this outfit several times now and get a ton of compliments each time I do. I do wish the cuff on the pant were a bit stretchier, since I have big calves (16 inches). Otherwise, it’s seriously comfy and I wouldn’t change a thing. In fact, I am thinking about getting this outfit in grey. Speaking of, I have a growing list of Zumba wear that I want to must add to my closet! If they all fit the way these do, I may have to move down to a medium soon.
Now, if I could just get some rhythm to go along with my Zumba clothing, I wouldn’t look like a dork in a Zumba class.
