When I first started using essential oils regularly, I knew I had to get Hinoki Essential Oil. Once upon a time, I burned Hinoki scented candles and absolutely loved them. The scent was woodsy, spicy, and invigorating. I knew I had to order the Hinoki Essential Oil, and it fast became a favorite. I thought I’d share the top 8 uses for hinoki essential oil.
Top 8 Uses for Hinoki Essential Oil
Hinoki, also known as Japanese cypress, is a highly prized species of evergreen native to Japan. The essential oil of this tree has a very woodsy aroma with hints of citrus and spice. Wood from the Hinoki tree has been used for centuries to construct Japanese bathtubs, and the essential oils from this plant carry a myriad of different therapeutic benefits. Not to mention, Hinoki essential oil can be used for a variety of different practical things in and around the home. I personally love to diffuse it. Since essential oils have become so popular, you can get a diffuser to match just about any decor and in a range of prices.
As a huge fan of essential oil diffusing jewelry, as well, I really like the lava stone pendants and natural lava stone bracelets over anything else because you can put a drop or two of your favorite oil on the Lava Stone and be able to smell the essential oil all day long.

I use a lot of essentials oils and I love them cause they have a lot of benefits and used, but I never heard of this Hinoki EO oil before.
This is the first I’ve heard of this oil, but I want to try it! I just tried Jade Lemon from Young Living, and it is so much more complex than plain Lemon. I wish I could sample Young Living like how I can sample Aura Casia at whole foods.
