The Wall Came Tumbling Down

Once we were done with what tear out we could do, it was time to call in the big guns.  We hired Owens Improvements, in St. Louis, for a large portion of the remodel.

Remember that wall I showed you?

Hubs wrote some notes to the crew on it…

Then with a few dropcloths…

We were left with this…

Amazing, isn’t it?  The difference removing four foot of wall can make?

Once the wall was out, it was framed up with corner bead, tape, and of course, mud…

Once the mud has been sanded for the final time, we can finish painting the kitchen!
