The Little House That Stood is VeggieTales history in the making! For the first time ever, VeggieTales is doing a parody of a beloved nursery rhyme and INCLUDING the three pigs in the video. Veggies and bacon, it doesn’t get better than this!
In the parable of the three builders, the Wise and Foolish builders meet the Three Little Pigs. The story features all the VeggieTales favorites—Bob, Larry, Junior Aparagus, The French Peas (my fave), Madame Bluberry, and others. Of course, while the others build in folly, only Bob builds his houses on a solid foundation. Even the story of Humpty Dumpty is retold around the good neighbor parable in “The Good Egg of Gooseville.” YAY.
This is quite possibly one of my all time favorite VeggieTales DVDs, ranking right up there with Rack, Shack, and Benny. It is seriously comical.

As we were walking through Home Depot on Sunday, Mister kept singing “Happy Toof Day, Happy Toof Day.” I thought he was saying Tuesday, and said, “Hey, it’s only Sunday.” He laughed and said, “No, Mom, it’s the silly song on The Little House That Stood.
