My friend, Amanda, made this cake for a Ladies Christmas Party tonight. Snow cute!
It is almost too cute to eat.
Almost.
But, I’ve tasted Amanda’s desserts before, so the hat (made of rice krispy treats) is coming off, and Frosty is losing a layer!
I can’t wait for dessert!
Here’s what you need to make your own…
and a 6 inch round cake pan
to make the layers. His head was a 4 inch round which she cut down. She used fondant
and gum paste
for the decor.
