I realize I forgot to share my Omron and Scale numbers with you yesterday. It was a busy day, and I was dealing with a cranky baby. Without any further delay, here they are. I weighed in at 194.5, which means I lost half a pound. Of course, my first inclination is to say, “ONLY HALF A POUND?” I recognize, though, that slow progress is still progress.
Here’s a look at my measurements…
While the scale only moved half a pound, my body fat index dropped by 1.5%, which is awesome.
Because of the snow, we’ve been unable to go to the gym. So, I’ve been working out at home with the kids.
Last night, we were finally able to go to church. My friend, Tammy, took my picture for the new church directory. It turned out pretty well, I think.
As I said, my progress is slow, but it’s still progress.
