The recipe makes roughly 25-26 eight ounce servings. If you have any allergies (like I do) you can always swap out the allergen for another ingredient or double one of the others. I’m allergic to oranges, so I sometimes use grapefruit or just toss in extra lemon or lime.
A good rule of thumb, when determining how many servings needed, is to calculate two servings per guest in the first hour, then one serving per guest for each hour thereafter.
If you are serving other beverages (i.e. coffee, tea, soda, water), make sure to adjust your total punch amount, reducing by 1-2 servings per guest.
If the weather is warm, or you’re serving a lot of food, your guests will drink more, so you may want to double it.
