Sevenly Style

One of the things that we gave Hubs for Father’s Day was a shirt from .

What?

You haven’t heard of Sevenly?

Sevenly is an organization that produces lifestyle products that help fund charity projects in 7 areas of need around the world.  Each product is sold for 7 days and for every product sold, $7 is given to that week’s charity.

In short, the organization helps 52 charities each year.  They do so because they recognize that there are countless charities that have to close their doors EVERY year because of a lack of awareness, lack of funding, and lack of following.  Sevenly was formed to help these charities by producing products to raise awareness, increase following, and garner additional funding.

The week that I purchased Hubs shirt, Sevenly had partnered with the Jessie Rees foundation, and each product sold provided a “JoyJar” to a child fighting cancer.

Sevenly Style

Hubs was pleased with his shirt.  He was even more pleased when he learned that a child fighting cancer received a JoyJar because of my purchase.  The shirt laundered well and didn’t shrink at all.  While I typically wouldn’t spend $22 on a tee shirt (my brother is a screen print artist, I can get them much cheaper), I was pleased to purchase this one because it supports a cause that I can put my money behind.  I wish Sevenly would adopt the NFED as a medical charity of the week.  LOL.

I think Hubs pulls off Sevenly Style pretty well, don’t you?

Can a t-shirt change the world?
