I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Sears. I received a promotional item to thank me for participating.

As most of you know, instead of resolutions, I set SMART Fitness Goals for 2015.  My goals included running daily, doing a 3 minute plank, a 3 minute wall sit, and 10 real push ups. Well, January is almost over, so it’s time to tell on myself, right?  But first, let me tell you about one of the tools I’ve rediscovered in my arsenal to help me achieve my goals!  Have you heard of FitStudio?   I actually joined back in 2011, but it’s been relaunched and it’s SO NICE now! FitStudio.com, by Sears, is Sears a free, one-stop fitness destination and rewards platform. It rewards users with their Points for Progress program #Achieve15.  #Achieve15 encourages members to run or walk 15 miles or burn 1,500 calories and rewards you for achieving these goals with $5 of Shop Your Way points for each week in which you complete the challenge! Would I like improve my odds of reaching my goals and be rewarded for trying?  Um, yes, please!

and watch videos on FitStudio or on their YouTube channel for #Achieve15 at www.youtube.com/fitstudio to make sure I’m using proper form on those wall sits, planks, and pushups..

We all know that form is more important than anything.

And the #Achieve15 tips are definitely worth watching!

Okay, so how am I doing with my fitness goals?  Well, I started a plank challenge with some friends this month, and yesterday I hit a 4 minute plank for the first time ever!!

We’re going to do a wall sit challenge for February!

Anyway, I love that I can connect my fit device (a new Fitbit Surge) to my FitStudio account and it track automatically for me.  I also love that I can read product reviews on FitStudio.  We’re considering getting a treadmill for home, and I’ve spent quite a bit of time pouring over the treadmill reviews.

The relaunched FitStudio is definitely a game changer, and I love the #Achieve15 Program! Be sure to connect with FitStudio on Facebook and Twitter.  It really does have all your fitness needs in one place online.

What is your favorite feature of FitStudio.com?
