Our old pie plate finally bit the dust. We’d inherited it from Hubs Mom, and I’m sure it came from one of the Grandmom’s before that! Anyway, I found this beautiful blue pie plate and had to have it. I couldn’t wait to use it to make my sausage and cheese quiche. It’s so yummy!
My sausage and cheese quiche was the perfect recipe to initiate my pie plate.
It came out perfect! Look at this beauty!
