It’s hard to believe that fall is finally here because it is without a doubt one of my favorite seasons. This season I’m all about embracing fall and doing what I can to make it the best season ever. Here are some of the ways that I re-energize in the fall months.
Re-Energize This Fall Season
First, I re-energize in the fall by taking a deep breath and smiling. I’ll let you in on a little secret. I am firmly convinced that you can like apple cider and pumpkin spice equally. I don’t think it’s necessary to pick. Seriously, though, as you are pulling out your flannels and your cozy boots, be sure to plan a few things for your fall that will help you savor the season.
Celebrate Autumnal Traditions
There are specific autumnal traditions that I look forward to that just warm my heart. We attend an annual bonfire and hayride together with our church family. I also love to drive up the Great River Road because it’s one of the best places to see the fall leaves.
Prioritize Rest and Self-Care
Inspired by the cozy ambiance of fall, take time to rest and restore your body and mind. Set aside moments for relaxation, whether it’s enjoying a warm bath, practicing yoga, or indulging in a good book. Quality sleep is also vital for reenergizing, so establish a consistent bedtime routine and ensure you’re getting enough restful hours each night.
Step Outside and Connect with Nature
Immersing yourself in nature can be incredibly energizing. Take advantage of the beauty surrounding you and plan some outdoor activities for the fall for yourself (and the kids if you have any).
It doesn’t have to be elaborate. You can go for walks in the park, hike through colorful trails, or simply spend time in your own backyard. The fresh air and natural beauty will help clear your mind, reduce stress, and revitalize your spirit.
Try Something New
Fall is a great time to step outside your comfort zone and try new activities or hobbies. Taking an art class, trying a new recipe, or exploring a different form of exercise can stimulate your creativity and invigorate your senses. Embracing new experiences can provide a fresh perspective and reignite your passion for life.
More Ways to Re-Energize This Fall Season
Of course, there are more ways to energize your body and soul. I am always about finding natural ways to keep myself energized.
Boost Your Energy And Health with Supplements
It’s no secret that I am a fan of doing whatever it takes to stay healthy as a busy mom, whether it’s boosting immunity and reducing stress, or practicing health habits for mental health. I know that the standard American diet doesn’t meet the nutritional needs of most women, and the shorter days of fall can cause a grey weather effect which can result in a real energy drain. I like to add supplements that will naturally boost energy without any unnecessary fillers. That’s why I like Superior Source. ALL SSV vitamins are clean and pure – no chemicals, binders, preservatives, or names you can’t pronounce. Plus their tiny tablets dissolve instantly in the mouth with no water needed or pills to swallow!
- Quick Vitamin B-12 Energy Burst 1,000 mcg – These days you don’t need a shot to get a quick energy boost, you can use this B-12 Energy Boost supplement to help you get what you need. Natural energy is always best and this vitamin is sure to do that for you!
- Vitamin D3 5,000 IU – Shorter days mean less sunshine and long sleeves, so less Vitamin D. I tend to run low on Vitamin D year round anyway, so a quality D3 supplement is an absolute must!
- Vitamin C Sour Cherry Melts – Need a little extra Vitamin C? Well, lucky for you, these sour cherry melts taste yummy but they also help boost your daily need for Vitamin C. I have a HARD time finding vitamin C supplements because I’m allergic to oranges and most are flavored orange and even the smell or taste of oranges makes me want to be sick. These sour cherry melts are a welcome alternative!
- Zinc Plus + C + D3 + Elderberry – When I think about a supplement that helps me get a lot of different nutrients in my body, it’s this one! You can have all of the support you need for your immune system.
- Beet Root Apple Cider Vinegar Clean Melts – You can take this beets and apple cider supplement to help you avoid any gross flavors you’re trying to avoid. You’ll love being able to take a melt and get the same effect!

Why Superior Source Vitamins
Ron Beckenfeld started Superior Source MicroLingual® in 1998 after his Dad developed Parkinson’s. His Dad developed difficulty swallowing as a result of his Parkinson’s disease. This led to his Dad asking him why he couldn’t take vitamins that were small and dissolved like his nitroglycerin tabs. Ron Beckenfeld developed the B-12 MicroLingual quick-dissolving tablet first. He has continued to create new products and now offers over 70 vitamins and supplements to aid the quest for a healthy lifestyle.
Talk about easy! By swallowing supplements, as much as 50% of the potency is lost in the high-acid environment of the stomach. This is not the case with MicroLingual tablets, which instantly dissolve and are quickly absorbed, allowing them to work fast!
Embrace Seasonal Superfoods
Fall is the perfect time to incorporate nutrient-rich foods into your diet. Include a variety of leafy greens, such as kale and spinach, which are packed with vitamins and minerals. Additionally, opt for less starchy root vegetables like squash and fennel, which provide a hearty and nourishing source of energy. Incorporating raw foods into your meals can also help invigorate your body and provide a natural energy boost.
Stay Hydrated
Hydration plays a crucial role in maintaining energy levels. Start your day by drinking a glass of water and aim to sip throughout the day to stay energized and focused. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, so keeping yourself hydrated is essential for maintaining optimal energy levels.
However you choose to re-energize this fall season be sure to take some time for you. You deserve it.
