We’ve had the same old tired outdoor furniture for years (I mean YEARS) and it was finally starting to break down. It was time to get some new stuff. When Aldi listed a five piece patio set, part of their Garden Line, as a Special Buy recently, we thought about it. We didn’t have a huge budget for patio furniture, so we stalled. When we finally decided that we wanted it, we literally had to drive to four different stores and call eight more to find one that had it in stock. Apparently, they sold like hotcakes, and each store only received a few sets based on the previous years sales.
Anyway, we’re thrilled with it. Now we know, though, that if we want one of their special buys like this we have to act fast… or plan on driving all over God’s green acre looking for it!
My Dad recently came over and gave it his stamp of approval, too.

Wow, you got that at Aldi!? I was at our Aldi yesterday and they did not have it. They had a lot of nice outdoor stuff but I surely didn’t see this. I’d love to have that set. It looks really nice! My patio set is 9 years old and it too is pretty burned out.
