There is just something about Matilda Jane clothing that is just delightful!  The combination of prints and colors is unpredictable, and yet beautiful.  I received three different items from  Matilda Jane for Little Miss, for review, and I was thoroughly impressed.  Just as I was with the Matilda Jane Paint by Numbers outfit I reviewed for Sister earlier this year.   I requested the pieces in a size 2T, which was a bit of a gamble on my part.  Little Miss is wearing mostly 24 month/2T clothing, so I didn’t want to drop down to the 18 month size, because I figured she’d outgrow it before I she got to enjoy it. I received a Matilda Jane Top, a Matilda Jane Tee that is long sleeved, and Matilda Jane Leggings from the Wonderful Parade Collection for review.

The Love Bug Knot Top has red flutter sleeves that will make any little girl happy just looking at them. There is also eyelet laced trim that makes this top even that much more beautiful. Any little girl will be so thrilled to be wearing something is flowing, beautiful and comfortable as the Love Bug Knot Top. It has all sorts of green and cerulean colors to make this an unforgettable top for your little one to be seen in. The Sweetheart Ruffled Leggings are adorable and are just the right legging to allow little ones to look fashionable and be able to move around and play. The leggings should fall right at the ankles allowing for little feet to breath in the warmer months. Wearing slides or sandals with these leggings is absolutely perfect. The warm tones that these come in will complete any outfit that you can think of and are also so soft that she might not even want to take them off. Lastly, the Cloudy Puffer Tee is clean and simple for any outfit. It is made with the softest of cottons and is made to have a perfect tee fit. This tee is sure to become one of your favorite staples and one of the favorite pieces that your little girl will choose to wear. The top has ¾-length sleeves so it is great for transition weather with a skirt, leggings or even pants.

As far as sizing goes, I won the gamble with the Love Bug Knot Top.  It fits Little Miss perfectly, and is sure to be well loved.  The Sweetheart Ruffled Leggings and Cloudy Puffer Tee are going to have to hang around in the closet for a few months, as they are too long for her.  No big deal, I paired the Love Bug Knot Top with another tee from her drawer, and dressed Sister in her Matilda Jane Turtledove Knot Top and off we went.

I can’t tell you how many compliments we received on their tops.  It was such great fun.
