Whew! We went back to homeschool this week! What a whirlwind it has been! With back to school season being in full swing, it is more important than ever that I have nutritious and tasty snacks within reach for my kiddos. Which is why I just filled our snack drawer with a variety of Jif™ Bars!
Last week, we went to the St. Louis Zoo on World Elephant Day. While there, we had the opportunity to experience the The Jif™ Bars Peanut Butter Happy Mobile Tour, where we sampled the new Jif Bars.
The Jif Bars Peanut Butter Happy Place was an interactive experience that combined 5,000 LED lights embedded into an 8-foot wall that is programmed with sensors that respond to movements and sounds. Mister thoroughly enjoyed himself and it was a peanut butter happy experience like no other!
After the lights and sounds, we sampled the new Jif Bars. To say my kids were fans would be putting it mildly! Not only did they hey munched away on the new Jif Bars like they were the best thing since… well, peanut butter… they happily clamored, “Hey, Mom, can we get some of these for home?” The new Jif Bars a yummy granola bars that have Jif layers. They are a great on-the-go snack, with 7-8 grams of protein in each bar, and make great mid-day or afternoon snacks for the kids. They come in creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanut butter, and chocolate. 
The chocolate is mine and Sister’s favorite. Mister prefers the creamy, and Hubs prefers the crunch. Now that we have a drawer full of Jif Bars, it’s not unusual to find one of the kids curled up with a book and a Jif Bar. That makes my Mommy heart smile.
