that had an acute angle on it, with the caption “acute baby”, I knew that I had to have it for our new Little Miss.
I also found an infant bodysuit that had three owls on it and says, “Owl-ways Kiss Me Goodnight.” Must. Have.
Absolutely adorable, right?
I ordered the bodysuits and when they came in, the owl bodysuit was printed off-center. I used the Return Request Form on the CafePress site to submit a request for a replacement. In less than twelve hours, I had an email from CafePress with an apology and notification that a replacement had been ordered and was on it’s way to me. Now THAT is top notch customer service. I’ve shopped CafePress many times in the past, and have never had a quality issue arise before. It is reassuring to know that they want me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase, and will replace products if a quality issue does pop up.
