The kids kept asking for ice cream today because it’s actually warm outside.  I didn’t have any ice cream in the freezer, and I wasn’t about to make a trip to the grocery store just for ice cream with three kids in tow, so I did the next best thing. I grabbed my Cuisinart Food Processor and whipped up a batch of homemade lemon berry frozen yogurt.

Homemade Lemon Berry Frozen Yogurt

It takes only three simple ingredients to make delicious homemade lemon berry frozen yogurt.

  • Two cups low fat vanilla yogurt
  • Two cups frozen berries (I used triple berry blend)
  • Two drops Young Living Lemon Oil
  1. Place two cups berries in food processor and pulse to chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Add two cups low fat vanilla yogurt and two drops Young Living
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Top with a few frozen berries and serve

It disappears pretty quickly, so you may want to make a double batch!
