Little Miss recently started acrobatics. She’s amazingly strong and bendy. Although she could already do cartwheels and backbends, I enrolled her in the Acro Level 1 class at a center nearby. I know less than nothing about correct form, so I wanted to make sure she wasn’t setting herself up for injury by developing bad habits. At the end of week three, her coach suggested we bump her to the Acro Level 2 class. She’s doing so well and has already achieved her one handed front handspring and her backbend walk over!
