From time to time, I need a quick dinner recipe that my family will love that is easy to pull together. I love how easy it is to do just that with Hamburger Helper. This last week, we were on the run all day long and Hubs was working over, so I needed to pull together a meal that the kids would eat and that would be ready in record time. I’d picked up three boxes of Helper and a pound of hamburger while at Walmart, and dinner was in the bag!
My kids love mac n cheese, so the Deluxe Cheeseburger Macaroni was a perfect fix.
I love that Hamburger Helper is so easy to customize! I like to top off my Hamburger Helper with sun dried tomato, parsley, and bacon bits for a gourmet Mac N Cheese in minutes! Here’s how I make mine!
Gourmet Mac N Cheese in Minutes
Use Hamburger Helper to have gourmet mac n cheese in minutes!
- 1 box Deluxe Cheeseburger Macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup hot water
- Sun dried tomato flakes
- Dried parsley
- Bacon bits
- Brown ground beef
- Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix, and pasta.
- Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Top with sun dried tomato flakes, dried parsley, and bacon bits.
- Serve and watch them gobble it up!
