Thinking about Little Miss coming along has me thinking about changing diapers. A lot. When Mister and Sister were babies, one of the things that frustrated me (to no end) was when I had to change their diapers in a public restroom. Who knew when the last time that changer had been wiped down! Every time I took one of them into a public restroom to change them, I thought “eww, ick, and gross.” I felt like I had to decontaminate them afterwards, even though I always used a portable diaper changing pad on top of the changing station.
I’ve long since given away the diaper changing pad that I used with them. It wasn’t stylish, or pretty, like the Gigi Hill Diaper Changing Pad I just received for review.
Now that is stylish AND pretty! The Daisy Diaper Pad by Gigi Hill is made of Gigi Hill’s signature wipeable fabric, is large, has mesh pockets to stow extra diapers and wipes, and folds up to look like a clutch. It will fit easily into a backpack or diaper bag, and is perfect for use on those diaper changing stations, or where ever you may need to bare the baby’s bottom!
The Daisy Diaper Pad retails for $49. The Daisy Diaper Pad in Noir Imperfect, which is what I received, retails for $29 because it may have black specks on the inside fabric. Um, who cares? I actually didn’t see any black flecks on the inside fabric of mine, and even if I did, it wouldn’t have changed the fact that I love this changing pad and am completely jealous that my new daughter gets a Gigi Hill before I do, and she isn’t even born yet!

That’s super cute!
I love this! I despise changing my baby in public restrooms, so I think this is a great idea, and cute too!
