French Toast Review plus Giveaway (9/28)

I was recently asked to review some school uniform clothing made by French Toast. I have never purchased any clothing from this company before. And let me tell you out of all the brands of uniforms that I have purchased this is my favorite. My daughter is a tall fifth-grader.  As she gets older it is much harder to find uniforms that will fit. Your local retailers stop at size 16 and then sometimes they run small. That is not the case with French Toast. Their clothing goes all the way to a size 20. My opinion is their clothes run true to size for uniform clothing. As a mother of a fifth grade girl that is great news. Their clothing is also very reasonably priced. My daughter was very excited to model her new clothing. I ordered a size 16 and 18 in the Bow Belted Scooter.

The Bow Belted Scooter has decorative pocket flaps and rhinestone buttons with front pleated and built in shorts. It also comes with a polka dot belt. Side zipper closure. Cotton blend. Machine wash. I was unsure of how they would fit. They have a drawstring adjustable waist line. So she is actually able to wear both.

I also ordered the Stretch Gabardine Scooter. This is a 5-pocket jean styling on a simple a-line silhouette. This is a very soft and will not lose its color. Made with smart stretch gabardine to keep it looking nice all day. With silver buckler trimmer front pockets. Button closure, adjustable waist. Rayon, nylon, spandex. Machine wash.

I got a size 16. In my opinion there is a difference between the two styles of skirts. The pleated skirt is a little more modest and a little longer. The un-pleated skirt is a little more figure fitting and a little shorter.

We also got the Girls Twill Blazer. This is a back and front pleated jacket. It kind of reminds you of the feeling of a pair of khaki pants. Cotton blend with Wrinkle No MoreTMfabric. Machine wash. I ordered this in a size 16. And it fits true to size as you can see.  She loves it.

Last but not least we got the Boyfriend Duster, This is a sweater with a self tie belt, very soft and comfortable. Acrylic. Machine wash. This is also fits true to size. This is mom’s favorite.

French Toast uniforms have definitely won me over.
