DIY Christmas Ornaments

Share the love!

Hubs and I love Christmas. We had a Christmas themed wedding, complete with snowflakes and Christmas trees on our wedding cake! Our wedding favors were ornaments! Yup, we love Christmas. While I absolutely love all the designer trees you can see in the homemaking magazines, I have a soft spot for DIY Christmas ornaments. My kids love making ornaments, too. We recently made these wooden bead icicle ornaments from Oriental Trading. I can’t wait to hang them on the tree!

Making Button Ornaments

When I was growing up, our entire tree was DIY ornaments us kids had made! I’ve made salt dough ornaments with my kids nearly every year, and we even made egg carton jingle bells one year.  Here are even more DIY Christmas Ornaments I have bookmarked to try myself!
