There is a restaurant in the Delmar Loop that is a St. Louis Must, if you intend to visit the area.
Cheese-ology offers a new twist on an American Classic, Macaroni & Cheese. When Hubs and I visited Cheese-ology, I instantly thought “nobody puts Cheese-ology in a corner.”
The restaurant is casual, fun, and friendly. Painted in the varied hues of cheeses, with metal grate style tables and silver backed chairs, it offers a chic-urban feel. 
Even the bathroom received the color splash treatment!
I ordered the Bacon-Bacon, and Hubs ordered the Philly Cheese.
We both ordered a salad, and a Fitz’s Premium Soda (another St. Louis original, best when served ice cold in the bottle, yum!) with our dinner, but salads had to wait… We DOVE into our cheesy skillets.
They just looked too good to wait! And, OH MY YUM! They did NOT disappoint!
It isn’t often that we eat out and don’t have left overs, but we both cleaned our plates. I was tempted to pick up my skillet and lick it, to get all of the gooey cheesiness, but chose not to. People may have looked at me funny.
So the next time you are in St. Louis, check out the Delmar Loop and visit Cheese-ology (they are closed on Mondays). It is worth a special trip!
