Hey Dumbo!  May I rub your nose, or ear, for good luck?

Ever since I read about the very first Brandcation opportunity, I have wanted to go on one.  Though the venues for Blogggers on Bourbon (New Orleans), Bloggers Go Global (Orlando), and Bloggers Gone Coastal (Pensacola Beach) have looked like great fun, it just didn’t work out for me to attend.

When Brandcation: Blog Lodge was announced, I was stoked.  It would be in Gatlinburg, Tennessee (which is within driving distance) and would be loads of fun.  I wanted to go.  Who wouldn’t want to go to Gatlinburg, Tennessee and spend three amazing KID FREE and fun-filled nights with over thirty of their favorite blogging friends?  Who wouldn’t want to build relationships based on memories, adventure, and blog talk?

The problem?  While I sat hem hawing, the last ticket vanished.  Poof.

But wait!

Maybe my luck has turned!  I recently learned that there is ONE ticket left, and that I can enter to win it, FREE lodging, and a $100 travel/food stipend ($375 value total).

Just a portion of the itinerary includes visiting the Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, Titanic Museum, The Old Mill, and the Wax Museum.  Um, yes, please!

To enter all I have to do is write a blog post and answer one of the two questions:

1) WHY you want to attend and what it would mean to you

or

2) WHY you want to go to Pigeon Forge and the place you are most excited to visit listed on our iten up there.

I don’t know about you, but I have been to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and would love to visit again!  I have never been to the Wax Museum, and I really really really want to go! I can’t believe that they can make WAX to look so lifelike, and I want to see the figure of Barbara Eden, the star of I Dream of Genie.  I’ve heard she looks so realistic you could almost imagine her nose twinkling!

I want to go so bad that I am willing to hang upside-down or stand on my head for a chance to win!  Here’s the proof!

Hubs got a chuckle out of my attempts to do the headstand!

Attending Brandcation would be a chance to get to know other bloggers, IN REAL LIFE, that I admire.  It would also be a chance for me to relax, sans kidlets, and let my hair down.  Ha ha.  Oh, ya, and have a BLAST!
