All About Me Meme- Day 12

Okay, I really struggled with today’s topic, “Day 12 – something you are OCD about.”

I couldn’t think of anything that I am OCD about.

So, I e-mailed my Dad and Hubs, and called my Mom to ask them what they think I am OCD about.

Dad- “can’t think of anything, you better ask your Mom.”

Hubs- “I can’t think of anything, you are like the opposite of OCD.”

Mom- “Well, you make lists a lot, like for shopping and travel.  And you almost always have your camera with you.”

Well, the lists is not really an OCD thing.  It’s more a survival thing, because when I gave birth, I lost like a gazillion brain cells and can’t seem to walk out of the house, get in the van, and leave in one try.  I’m always forgetting something—whether a sippy cup, a check to deposit, or my wallet—you can pretty much guarantee I will have to walk back in the house.

And the camera—well, okay, maybe that is a bit OCD.  But you know, if I don’t have it with me, my kids will choose that moment to do something that should be in pictures.  Of course, they both know I love to take pictures and before I can even turn the thing on they are saying cheese.  Plus, since Hubs bought me us the Canon PowerShot SD940IS 12.1MP Digital Camera with 4x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.7-inch LCD (Silver)I really have no reason to leave the house without it.  It fits in my pocket,  or my purse, and you can’t get any more convenient than that!

What are you OCD about?

I had to ask my husband what I was OCD about, too. I also make tons of lists.
