I mentioned yesterday, in my The Skippo Trail Race 10K 2014 post, that I was starting the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge today. I started using AdvoCare products last month, when I ordered a bottle of AdvoCare Catalyst and some Spark from a friend. I was having some muscle fatigue issues after runs, and from everything I’d read, I thought the Catalyst would help. So, I gave Catalyst a try, and loved it. I enjoyed the Spark as well, and liked that it gave me energy without feeling jittery. When it came time to order a second bottle of Catalyst, I started thinking… I could save 20% if I would just sign up to be an Independent AdvoCare Distributor. It’s just $79 (plus tax/shipping) to sign up, and I know I want to continue using the Catalyst and Spark, so it was worth it to me to sign up. Since I was signing up to be a distributor anyway, I decided I wanted to try the 24-Day Challenge™, as well. After all, I’ve lost a little over 40 pounds on my own, and AdvoCare can only help propel me toward my final goal.
That said, today is my first day of the challenge, and in the interest of honesty and transparency, I am sharing my Day 1 photos and measurements. I will be sharing as I go along, as well.
My measurements, as of this morning, are…
As you can see, I weighed in this morning at 184 pounds. My BMI is 31.6 and my percentage of body fat is 37.1, while my percentage of muscle is 34.9.
I’m excited to see how this 24-Day Challenge™ aids me in reaching my goals.
