White Chocolate Butterscotch Pecan Cups

Hubs enjoys white chocolate and pecans, so I decided to surprise him and made him some White Chocolate Butterscotch Pecan cups.  I have one chocolate cup mold, that I keep separate from the rest of my candy molds, that I allow nuts in (not peanuts, but walnuts or pecans).  As you can see, it says “Nuts” on it.  LOL.

Fortunately, with the recently holiday candy sales, it was easy enough to find real white chocolate.  I melted it in my Wilton Chocolate Pro and poured it in the candy mold.  I put a pecan half in each well, then melted butterscotch chips and topped them off.

After they were set, I put them in candy liners, and then boxed them up for him.   He was pleasantly surprised.  And of course, put them up high so no little hands could reach them.
