  19. Fitness goal is to lose 80 pounds.

  20. I need to lose my belly. When my eleven year old daughter passed away from brain cancer, I turned to food as my drug. I have gained quite a few pounds in the belly – where they say stress shows.

Now when I look in the mirror I not only see a heartbroken shell of a woman, but one that looks fat and that just perpetuates that part of the bad feelings. I got my hair done yesterday, and while looking at how nice the hairdresser made it, I just couldn’t help but see the belly and really feel that it’s time to do something about it….to feel good about something again.

    That’s my goal.

  21. To lose 70 pounds. Wish me luck. Thanks.

  22. My fitness goals are to continue building strength and burn off body fat to bring my body fat% to a reasonable level.

  34. One exercise I’d love to try would be the Oblique Twister – looks like a challenge!

  35. I have lost 20 pounds since March, but kind of am stuk in a rut! I want to lose another 30 pounds before march of next year and the holidays are coming! A total gym xls could really help me!
