Thank God it’s Friday.  And I really mean, Thank God.  While I’m thanking Him, I will thank him for a few other things, too. 

Thank God for two kids napping at once.

Thank God for hubby being willing to let me go to a conference and leave him to fend for himself with the kids for almost 24 hours.

Thank God for my parents celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today.  What an example they have set for my husband and I.

Thank God for concerned citizens who look at my poor son’s two black eyes and demand to know what happened to him.  And, Thank God I still had the hospital discharge sheet in my purse, just in case that concerned citizen decided to call the police officer over.
