Happy with our Hoover Hand Vac

This is our second Hoover Wet/Dry Hand Vacuum. Our first was rendered inoperable by our toddler, but we liked it so well that we had to get another.

We were not disappointed.

This vacuum is perfect for cleaning up small messes and spills. It is lightweight and cordless, both of which are a must with busy toddlers in the house.

Features:

  • Wet/dry hand vacuum
  • Wet/dry pick up – allows you to pick-up liquid spills or dry debris
  • Cordless and rechargeable – powerful suction with 7.2 volt rechargeable battery that lasts a long time on a single charge
  • Carpet and bare floor cleaning all around the house versatility
  • Bagless dirt cup easy-to-empty, see-through dirt cup with a washable, reusable filter
  • Wall mounted recharging rack for convenient storage
  • Hoover provides 1 year warranty
  • Overall dimensions: 8" H x 8" W x 16" D

The only thing this hand vac does not do well with is very fine powders (such as corn meal), but I have yet to find ANY vac that does well with those.  The fact that I can use it on wet spills is probably my favorite feature.

Comments

  1. We need an alternative to our bulky stand-up vacuum. This looks portable and easy to use. Thanks for the review!

  2. Thanks for the info–I’ve been looking for a small vac for the RV.

  3. I so need one of these. I bought one of those cone hand vacs and it did not work worth a hoot. I need something for around the ferret cage and cat litter box that I can use several times a day without having to drag out the big vacuum.
