Spooksville is a show that airs on the Hub Network, a destination for kids and parents.   It is a live-action original TV series produced by the award-winning creative team Jane Startz Productions and Front Street Pictures. It has won over fifty awards in family programming, ranging from Golden Globe nominations, Parents’ Choice® Awards to Emmys.  The show is based on the acclaimed book series by author Christopher Pike and adapted by award-nominated writer James Krieg. The show follows the new kid in town, Adam Freeman (played by Keean Johnson) as he discovers that he holds the key to a battle between good and evil that has been taking place for centuries in a bizarre small town where a lot of supernatural and unexplained things happen.  Check your local listings.

The producers of “Spooksville” (Jane Startz Productions and Front Street Pictures) are currently promoting a new giveaway for kids and parents (ages 13+) called the “Monster Dress-up Photo Giveaway.”

The producers of “Spooksville,” Jane Startz Productions and Front Street Pictures, invite parents and kids (ages 13+) across the country to participate in the “Monster Dress-up Photo Giveaway.” Participants will be able to like or follow the show’s social media platforms as well as submit a monster photo using #SpooksvilleMonster. One (1) potential winner will be drawn for a chance to receive a giveaway goodie basket (retail value $300) provided by the producers of “Spooksville,” Jane Startz Productions and Front Street Pictures.

How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00AM ET on 3/22/14 until 5:00PM ET on 4/4/14 (the “Submission Period”), participant may enter into the “Monster Dress-up Photo Giveaway.”
Participant must follow all five (5) steps below to enter and are Subject to Official Rules.

1.) Participant submitting must be ages 13+ and a United States resident.

2.) Participant must submit only one (1) photo, of one (1) person, to one (1) of the possible three (3) social media platforms. Those platforms include Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. If participant creates multiple accounts in order to enter into the giveaway more than once, participant may be ineligible.

3.) Participant must Like or Follow “Spooksville” on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.

4.) Participant must post a photo on their individual Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram page dressed as a monster, use #SpooksvilleMonster, and tag “Spooksville” in their submission post. Tags or handles listed below:

5.) Participant must email SpooksvilleTV@gmail.com and include the following contact information:

  • First and Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code
  • Twitter or Instagram handle name

On 4/5/14, one (1) potential winner will be announced after an ALL-NEW “Spooksville” telecast via the “Spooksville” social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). The giveaway goodie basket with an approximate retail value of $300 will be mailed to the potential winner’s contact information provided by the participant. Giveaway goodie basket will include the following: (1) Signed Poster of the Cast of “Spooksville,” (1) $200 Gift Card to Target, (1) Spooksville Book by Christopher Pike, Various Hub Network Swag Items, (1) Clue the Classic Edition Game, and (1) Orville Redenbacher Gourmet Popcorn, Jar-30 oz.
