It’s time for Miracle Gro

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Once upon at time, I had GORGEOUS daffodils growing in my back yard.  Over the last few years, though, the sunny display has gone from priceless to piddly, at best.

Here’s what my daffy’s look like this year…

daffodil bedSo Sad.  Sad.  Sad.

My daffy’s lack the color, size, and multitude of blooms that they knew in their glory days.

Those petals are so pale, they are almost white!  I fear my tulips and lilies are going to face the same fate.

My woeful blooms have reminded me that it’s time for Miracle Gro   Expand ‘n Gro™

I’ve used Miracle Gro products in the past with a lot of success.  In fact, last year I used Miracle-Gro® Expand ‘n Gro™ Concentrated Planting Mix when I planted my blackberry bush and it was thrived.  It grew far more than I expected it to, and it should produce enough fruit this year to make a pie.  Squee!  I also used it to plant my bell peppers in last year.  Had it not been for the varmint thieves, I would have enjoyed scrumptious home grown peppers, because my plants were gorgeous!

EnG Product Shot.png The mix expands up to 3 times when mixed with water, feeds plants for up to 6 months, makes native soil more workable and retains up to 50% more moisture than basic potting soil.   It’s super easy to use.  Check out this video…

Considering I have the blackest thumb in the family, I love that Miracle Gro lets me grow plants that I can proudly show to my Mom, who has the green thumb.  I’ll be making a trip to the hardware store or nursery before I call Mom out back to show off this years plants.
