I guess not all spray cleaners are created equally

We normally volunteer at a food pantry on Mondays, but the pantry was closed today for the holiday.  So, I thought I would take advantage of the free day to get some of my cleaning done.

I typically use Mr. Clean, which I purchase in the 1 gallon bottle and then just mix to whatever strength I need for the task at hand.  This morning, I was feeling a little under the weather, and didn’t want to mix the cleaner (for dilute cleaning, it is 1/4 cup to 1 gallon water), so I reached in the cleaning closet and grabbed a can of spray cleaner.

Rusty Spray Cleaner

Apparently, not all spray cleaners are created equally.  Now, in addition to the typical one week worth of yuck that builds up in the bathroom, I also get to scrub RUST from my toilet and shower.  Fortunately, the Mr. Clean works on tough stains at full strength.

Needless to say, the spray cleaner cans (I had two) went in the trash, and Mr. Clean has been restored to his rightful place of cleaning king.
