When our schedules are tight, and a simple dinner is in order, I turn to one of my all time favorites. Bagel Thins! We like them well enough in our home that we buy them in bulk at our local Sam’s Club!
We prefer the Everything Bagel Thins because we can have our bagel and eat it, too. With only 110 calories, we don’t have to feel guilty.
I thoroughly enjoy my Bagel Thins on their own, or sometimes with a teaspoon of fruit spread. My family likes them piled high with… well, everything.
When we are using them for dinner, I layer on the turkey, ham, and bacon with colby jack cheese and throw them in the toaster oven. When the toaster oven dings, we’re all like a bunch of Pavlov’s dogs. We know dinner is going to be good. Served with a simple side of fruit or a salad, it’s a meal made for busy nights.
