Creamy Parmesan Basil Pasta with Chicken

From time to time I find myself at a loss for an answer to the age old question, “What’s for dinner?”  I know, I know.  A menu plan would (and does) help, but sometimes I don’t want what I put on the menu last month for that night.  KWIM?  When that happens, I find myself scrounging in the pantry for something else to make.  When it happened recently, I came up with a Progresso Recipe Starter.  Score.

The one that I found was the Creamy Parmesan Basil.  I paired it with some wacky mac noodles (the only kind my kids like) and chicken breast and walah…

Creamy Parmesan Basil Pasta with Chicken

A delicious dinner to the rescue that my kids would enjoy and that I didn’t have to stress too much to make.

This would be a super quick meal. I try to keep a list and the materials to cook meals on the go. I never hardly eat out ever…lol – It would also be so cheap. I think I would use reg noodles though.
