$25 @BabiesRUs Gift Card Giveaway from @MamaViews (11/30)

***I received a promotional item as a thank you for bringing you this giveaway***

When I was pregnant with Mister, I had to rely on recommendations from friends for which hospital to use, which childbirth classes to take, which lactation consultants to talk to (yes, we attempted to breast feed and were in the 2%, but that’s another post altogether!).  Now, nearly six years later and with a new baby, I know that it can still be mv_logodifficult to find the support you need, whether you are expecting or have a new little one in the home already.  I was really excited to learn about a new start up, run by moms for moms, called MamaViews.

MamaViews is a mom-focused national directory and review site—similar to Yelp for food reviews or Angie’s List—except that they are dedicated solely to helping pregnant and new families find the support they need in a non-threatening environment.  MamaViews includes directories for birth doulas, postpartum doulas, baby nurses, lactation consultants, and childbirth classes.  Sidebar- I never knew there was a difference between birth doulas and postpartum doulas!  You can even find doulas that are experienced with multiples!! At MamaViews you rate your prenatal and postpartum professionals for others to be able to see, and read other MamaViews on the professionals you’re considering.  It is free for parents to join.

It also features great articles, including tips on interview questions for the baby nurse and for the doula!  And you can connect with other parents through the site messaging system.  No more just winging it when it comes to finding care for some of your most vulnerable moments!

MamaViews wants to offer one lucky reader a $25 Babies R Us Gift Card just for checking them out!  Enter below, and good luck!
