Well, it’s high time to shelve those winter soup recipes and start looking for some fresh summer recipes! Salads are a great, healthy meal to make and the summer produce makes for some delicious recipes.  If you’re anything like me, though, you tire quickly of the same ole same ole salad.  Fear not!  Check out this list of 25 Tasty Summer Salads.  It just about has it all and there are tons of great ways to change up your summer salad routine!  You could eat a different salad every day for over three weeks!

  15. I love salad and could eat it every day, but my IBS won’t let me. I need to find a new lettuce or some other goodies to add to my salad so it isn’t all greens. This is a great collection of salads and has given me a great list of other things to try. Like fruit, or quinoa… which I love but never thought of using it on my salad.

  21. I am a big lover of salads and of jicama. The Jicama Spinash salad caught my eye right away and I know I would love that one. There are quite a few other ones I would love to try too.

  24. So many great options. I love salads and enjoy trying new ones out all the time at restaurants. Sometimes I even make them at home and with lists like this, I’m set!

  25. The quinoa salad sounds really great. I have a salad I like that’s a mix of greens, cranberries, cherry tomatoes and either almonds or chicken. It’s really great!

  31. I love almost any salad. But salads with cucumbers and tomatoes are some of my favorites. So, I think that cucumber and tomato salad is just for me.
