I quit buying fruit snacks awhile back, because I couldn’t seem to find any that didn’t contain HFCS or have an ingredient list that listed everything under the sun EXCEPT fruit. I recently received an opportunity, courtesy of MyBlogSpark, to try new 
Mott’s® Medleys Fruit Flavored Snacks with the kidlets, and was pleased to see that the FIRST ingredient listed is Fruit and Vegetable Juice Blend (Made with pear, apple and carrot juice concentrate. See package for complete details. Not intended to replace fruit or vegetables in the diet). Not to mention NO HFCS (although they do contain corn syrup and sugar).
Mott’s® Medleys Fruit Flavored Snacks are available in Assorted Fruit and Berry varieties, and are made with natural colors and flavors. They also have year round Double Box Tops, which I know will just rock the socks off some Moms (though I am not a box tops frenetic).
Anyway, we received a gift pack that included three boxes of each flavor and the kids wasted no time giving them their stamp of approval.
We did let them sample them at home, but we also took them on vacation with us. While I am not about to say that fruit snacks are the best (or healthiest) snacks, they were a great on-the-go snack.
Hubs ventured into the world of fruit snackdom and tried a piece. He was not a fan and said they were “stickier” than the old fruit snacks I used to be. Guess that means more for the kids.
