    since being disabled from a car wreck I went from working out every day of the week for at least 2 hours to not working out. I really need to get back into it since we’ve managed to get my pain levels under control, I feel that if I feel healthier then I will also be healthier and frame of mind is a huge part of chronic pain. So that’s my goal to get back to working out and no real goal except get healthier.
