Selah’s first flowers were gorgeous Gerbera’s, from our pastor, that she received when she was just 3 weeks old.  I love the pictures that I took of her with them.

I took some pictures of Selah in a bonnet.  I know that she will likely one day look at me and go, “Oh, MOM!”  But, I can’t help it, the bonnet is just too darn cute!

Look at this, and tell me you don’t agree…

I used Helena Monteiro’s Felt Fairy kit, available at ScrapDish, for this layout.  I think it was just perfect for it.  Those flowers just set off the flower print of her top and bonnet!  Trust me, the pictures are so cute, I plan to scrap more of them!!

Ever have trouble getting your kiddos to eat what is good for them?  I have the hardest time getting Zane to eat a variety of fruits.  I’ve tried fresh, canned, etc. 

One morning as I was eating my cereal, I realized that Zane was eating all the freeze dried berries from my bowl.  So, I thought, if he’ll eat them out of a cereal box, maybe I can get him to eat them at other times. 

I found Harmony House Foods doing a web search for freeze dried fruit. 

We ordered their variety bundle, with 12 different fruits in it.  Well, Zane now eats a variety of fruits.  He will eat the freeze dried ones as long as I keep them in front of him.  LOL.  And, he is starting to try more fresh fruits, although, I think he just doesn’t like the mess associated with them. 

Brian and I have also found ourselves snacking on them.
