    My mom used to cook our Thanksgiving turkey in an electric roaster. I’d love to make one that way. I really love the divided sections – it would be great for cooking multiple items (and keeping them warm for serving). I’d get plenty of use out of this!

  24. I would love to use the three compartments for three different sides! We have a lot of people to feed, so it would be great for green beans, corn, and dressing.

  25. I really want to cook brisket in it. I really enjoy brisket. I would also like to have a Mexican meal one night out of it. Using the different compartments will be great.

  28. OMG! we’ve been looking EVERYWHERE for another 18 qt roaster with 3 inserts! My wife uses her’s for candy making. She melts her chocolates in them. semi-sweet in one, milk chocolate in another, and white in the 3rd. She has been wanting a 2nd roaster for the chocolates that come in contact with peanuts or peanut butter to keep them separate! Everyone stopped making the roaster with inserts for a couple of years.
